The best way to reach us is email. We check it daily, usually while drinking coffee and procrastinating on actual work.
We typically respond within 24-48 hours. Sometimes faster if it is a slow day. Sometimes slower if one of our dogs ate something weird and we are at the vet.
What to Include
If you are reporting a bug, tell us:
- What browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
- What device (phone, tablet, laptop)
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
Screenshots help a lot. We are visual people.
What We Can Help With
- Calculator not working right
- Breed missing from our database
- Questions about how the math works
- Suggestions for new features
- Partnership or collaboration inquiries
- Just sending a photo of your dog (we accept these)
What We Cannot Help With
- Medical advice about your sick dog (call a vet)
- Legal advice (call a lawyer)
- Tax advice (call an accountant)
- Relationship advice (call a therapist, or your mom)
No Physical Address
We are a fully remote team. We do not have an office you can visit. We work from home offices, coffee shops, and occasionally the park when the weather is nice. This is the internet. We are everywhere and nowhere.
Social Media
We are not really on social media. We tried Twitter once and it was exhausting. If you want to follow something, follow your dog around the house. That is more entertaining anyway.
Seriously though, if you email us about your dog, we will probably reply with a story about ours. Fair warning.
